When your heart is broken the pain can be very buried deep. It can sometimes lead to depression and feelings of emptiness.

You need to make your ex miss you and get curious about your life. Remember, its human nature to want what you can’t have. At this point in the game, you will have to implement the no-contact rule. The no contact rule means that you do not text, email or call them. This may be very hard, but its important that you control your urges to call.
No-contact rule truly means no drunk calling or drunk texting your ex.
Its also good to avoid places or event that you ex may be attending you hanging out. This will not help heal you from your pain, but will set you back. Another tip is to not use their friends or family to get information from. Blood is thicker than water and there is no chance they will side with you.
Don’t try to plead or beg for your ex to take you back. It won’t work in the long run and you will mess up your chances of the possibility of getting back together. Also, try to stop yourself from making desperate promises of change in return for a second chance. That will not work either.
Even though it may seem impossible, try to stay cool and collected. Staying cool will show your ex that you have it together. In reality you may be sinking inside, don’t allow that to show. Looking pathetic will label you as undesirable.
A New Face
One of the most common tips to help get the ex back is to improve yourself. Plus there are many reasons why you want to do this.
You will gain more self confidences and increase your self esteem. If you do bump into your ex, they WILL notice that you do look better and not in shambles.
Now is the time to get healthy, eat right and live life. Don’t wallow in your sorrow and get depressed. Eating right will help put you in a positive mood too.
Life Goes On
Remember, no one wants to be around depressed people, so don’t stay depressed. It’s ok to feel your pain, but don’t make it rule your life. Self pity won’t help you make new friends. You need to explore life and remember that this is your life not your ex’s.
So go out and celebrate life. Use the time to meet new friends and make new experiences. Your ex is your past and you are your future. Show to the world and to your ex that you are just fine.
Failure is Normal
Despite everything you can learned about getting your ex back, sometimes just doesn’t work.
Getting your girlfriend back can only happen if they still care for you and question their decision to the break up.
